Insurance & Financial Options
Do you accept insurance?
Insurance coverage varies by service.

Some medical insurance plans may cover oral appliance therapy for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea when medically indicated and properly documented. Coverage is determined by the patient’s specific medical plan and the medical sleep physician involved.
Is myofunctional therapy covered?
No. Myofunctional therapy is not typically covered by medical or dental insurance.
This service is offered on a self-pay basis.
Is infant sleep coaching covered?
No. Infant and baby sleep coaching services are not covered by insurance.
These services provide non-medical behavioral sleep education and parent support and are offered as self-pay services.
Do you offer payment plans?

  • Cherry
  • HFD (Health Financing Direct)
Our team will review available options with you during your consultation.

There is no obligation to proceed with treatment.
Treatment & Services
Can therapy replace a sleep appliance?
No. Myofunctional therapy and sleep coaching do not replace oral appliance therapy or other medical treatments for sleep apnea.
These services may be used as supportive care, depending on individual needs.
Is myo required for an appliance?
No. Myofunctional therapy is not required for oral appliance therapy.
In some cases, it may be recommended to support airway function, comfort, and long-term treatment success.
Can children receive myo without appliances?
Yes. Some children benefit from myofunctional therapy alone, especially when airway concerns are identified early and appliance therapy is not indicated.
Is sleep coaching only for babies?
No. While commonly used for infants and young children, supportive sleep education may also be provided to older children and families when appropriate.
All sleep coaching services are non-medical and educational.
Will my child need long-term therapy?
Not necessarily. Treatment plans are individualized and may change as a child grows and develops.
Recommendations are based on progress and ongoing evaluation.
Can I choose only one service?
You are never required to participate in multiple services.
Our role is to explain your options clearly so you can choose what feels right for you or your family.
